A: Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Our products carry a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee, provided that the original packaging is unopened. Please understand that many of our products are considered "personal items". Return policy restrictions are due to health code limiting the resale of open bedding items, duvets/comforters, pillows, pillow covers, mattress pads & covers, and virtually all pillow and cushion items. For your convenience, you may return any unopened product within the 30 days, but note, each product is subject to a 20% re-stocking / product disposition fee. Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Many of our products carry manufactures’ warranties. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please check your product information to see if the item that you ordered comes with a warranty. Please do not confuse the warranty with a guarantee! The warranty refers to the manufacturer's obligation to either repair or replace your item, not to refund your money.
